FAQ'S

Is this course suitable for all levels? Yes. All levels are welcome here. I teach to the middle—beginners may need a bit more practice, and more experienced artists can shape the lessons to fit their style.

What's included in the course content? Some lessons include brief written notes or photos as you progress through the course. These are supplemental and designed to support your viewing experience on this platform.

All essential instruction is delivered in the video lessons and the downloadable Workbook. The lesson page notes are not required for completing the project offline.

How long will I have access? Access is provided while the course remains active on this platform. Courses may be updated, consolidated, or removed over time due to content revisions or platform changes.

If a course is scheduled for removal, advance notice will be shared by email and inside the course Welcome lesson. During that time, you are responsible for downloading and securely storing your materials.

To ensure you receive important updates:

  1. Log into your Teachable school
  2. Click your profile icon (top right)
  3. Select Edit Profile > Email Notifications
  4. Confirm that Course Updates is enabled

I strongly recommend downloading and saving your course materials upon enrollment for future reference.

Do I need to buy all the supplies? Not at all. Watch the videos and read through the Workbook before investing in anything new. I always recommend using what you have first—and adding to your supplies slowly, based on what feels most helpful.

Do I need high-speed internet? Yes. A stable internet connection is needed to stream or download the video lessons.

Can I cancel a payment plan? No. Payment plans are not subscriptions—they’re installment agreements that continue until the full amount is paid.

Do you offer refunds? Because this is a digital course with instant access, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please read through the full course details before enrolling.

Can I share my work from the course? Yes, and I hope you do! Use #danielledonaldsoninspired and tag me @danielledonaldsonartist on Instagram or Pinterest. I love seeing your work and cheering you on.

Can I share the course materials with others? No. Everything in the course—videos, PDFs, supply lists—is for your personal use only. Thank you for respecting the time and care it takes to create these offerings.

Can I get help if I have trouble with the course? Yes—but it depends on the issue.

  • I can help with logging in or resetting your password, accessing your course or handouts, and issues related to course content
  • I can’t help with payment processing, computer or device issues, or browser or streaming glitches. For those, please reach out directly to Teachable Student Support
